It ran a live pilot and is in active development. The other proof runs this studio: BEIRUX operates on its own agent system. We ship what we already run.

The hard parts of agent systems are the ones users never see: keeping runs idempotent, holding run caps correctly across services, ingesting data cleanly enough to act on. We build for those parts first. Cartley shipped that way: built on Neon and Vercel, run through a live pilot, then hardened where the pilot exposed weak spots. The bar is the same on every build: a system that actually runs, not a demo.
