Privacy policy

The short version: we collect what you type into the contact form so we can reply, plus anonymized analytics. Nothing is sold, nothing is shared with advertisers.

What we collect

If you use the contact or project-inquiry forms, we collect what you type: your name, your email address, and your message. That is the only personally identifying information this site asks for.

If you chat with our AI agent (it is always labeled as an AI agent), the conversation may be stored and used to improve the service and our responses. If you share contact details in a chat, we treat them like a form submission: we use them to reply, nothing else.

We also use analytics (Google Analytics with IP anonymization, and PostHog) to understand how the site is used: pages visited, approximate region, device type. We do not use advertising trackers and we do not sell or share data with advertisers.

What we do with it

Form submissions go into our own client-management system and generate an email notification to us, so we can reply. We use your contact details to respond to your inquiry and for nothing else unless we start working together.

Analytics data is aggregated and used to improve the site. It is not tied to your name or email.

Where it lives and how long

Inquiry data is stored in our systems (hosted on Vercel and Neon, in the United States). We keep inquiries for as long as they are relevant to a real conversation; if you want yours deleted, ask and we will remove it.

Your choices

You can browse the entire site without submitting anything. You can ask us at any time to see or delete the information you sent us: email hello@beirux.com and we will handle it.

This policy covers beirux.com. Client sites we build have their own policies owned by those businesses.
